Had a great one-night stay! The breakfast selection was one of the best with both English and continental options. Room was clean and comfy with a fabulous big bed. Enjoyed our meal at the Belgo restaurant, which had variety and reasonable prices.

Housekeeping inconsistencies are a letdown!!! Noisy rooms make it hard to relax, and the cramped family room doesn’t support a comfortable stay!!! Maintenance requests took ages, making for an inconvenient experience.

The room was cozy and clean, making it a perfect retreat after exploring London. I particularly enjoyed the lovely decor and the spacious layout, which gave us plenty of room to relax. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from Kings Cross.

The Premium Double Room with Two Double Beds was clean and had decent space for our family. Beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. But the view from the 6th floor was pretty underwhelming, just rooftops. Room amenities were good, and the daily cookies were a nice touch. No annoying noise or odors, which was great.

Housekeeping faces issues with consistency. for instance, the sofa bed wasn't made up on arrival, leading to an awkward wait and a messy room. The air in some rooms can feel stuffy, potentially impacting comfort for those with mild allergies. Dining options also fall short—slow service at the bar and discrepancies in food pricing create an uneven experience that could be frustrating trying to manage meal costs. The location, while accessible via bus, might be further from the Underground than expected, making transit a bit of a hike for those who prefer the ease of subway access.

A great fit for strolling around London with great value for money. The staff was friendly and breakfast was well replenished. Consider asking for a room with a bath if you prefer one.
